Alpha IR Group expands its Leadership team with strategic hires of two new Managing Directors to be based out of our Chicago Headquarters

Alpha IR Group, a Chicago based investor relations consulting firm specializing in building investment brands for American’s leading public companies, are happy to announce two new hires in our Chicago office. Ross Collins and Lisa Fortuna have expanded the firm’s leadership team, and bring a wealth of experience to further improve our client service and breadth of market knowledge. They both will be Managing Directors out of our Chicago office.

Collins joins Alpha after 17 years on the buy-side at Balyasny, UBS O’Connor, Copia Capital, and Omnivista. Additionally, he has 3 years experience in financial consulting at PWC. As a portfolio manager, he led idea generation, portfolio construction, risk management, and position monitoring. He also led teams of analysts performing primary industry and company research.

Fortuna joins Alpha after over two decades of leading and developing impactful investor relations programs on the corporate side, as well as in a consulting capacity. Much of her work has involved M&A transaction positioning and messaging, crisis management, and proactive investor targeting. Previously, she was head of North American Investor Relations for ArcelorMittal, and the Director of Investor Relations for Andrew Corporation.

“As we look to better serve our growing list of clients, we couldn’t be happier to add experienced professionals with diverse backgrounds to our senior team.”, said Founder & CEO Chris Hodges.
