It’s hard to believe our Corporate Reputation and PR team (Alpha Advisory Group) has passed its first year. Bringing Tim Peters and Dave Duschene on board as partners to build this complementary practice to our leading IR offering has been transformational.

The AAG team currently works with Fortune 500 companies and leading brands on corporate reputation, thought leadership and issues management.  The team is also working collaboratively with our IR team on numerous integrated assignments.  Most importantly, they’ve expanded our capabilities significantly. Here are a few examples of their work this last year:

• Corporate Reputation Program: Develop and execute thought leadership and corporate visibility work for clients in manufacturing, energy, food and agriculture.
• CEO Transition: Counseled clients, across multiple industries, experiencing executive transitions to develop strategy and communications to employees, customers, suppliers, regulators, and investors.
• M&A/Transaction Support: Supported a multi-billion dollar consumer brand company through the acquisition of a large European competitor to expand their footprint in the region.
• Crisis Preparedness: Developed crisis preparedness strategies and response plans for multiple clients including crisis playbooks, media training sessions for executives, and issues monitoring and assessment platforms.
• Litigation Support: Currently working with several mid- and large-cap companies to support critical messaging and communications strategy around legal and regulatory challenges.
