Chris Hodges is the CEO & Founder of the Alpha IR Group and former Co-Founder of Ashton Partners. Hodges has been a strategic IR consultant for over two decades and has counseled clients across all industries, and through various points of the business cycle, including multiple recessions and valuation peaks. He has counseled over 750 clients, guided over 250 M&A/crisis engagements, advised over 200 activist engagements, and driven over 175 investor days. Hodges is a thought leader and frequent speaker at board, CEO, CFO, and IR related events such as NIRI, NACD, NDI and others. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Lafayette College in Easton, PA. He also earned his MBA, with a concentration in Finance, and the Dean’s Certificate of Excellence from Temple University.
