Alison Caballero joined Alpha IR Group as an HR Manager in March of 2019. Caballero’s role involves talent acquisition, administration of benefit plans, updating policies and procedures, creating and maintaining all active and terminated employee files, and creating an innovative and inclusive company culture. Before joining Alpha IR Group, she worked as an HR Assistant with where her primary responsibilities included overseeing the daily operations ​while managing a team of employees, interviewing job candidates, delivering hiring recommendations, and assisting in the preparation of meeting agendas, talking points, presentation materials, etc. in advance of meetings or events. Caballero also provided administrative support to the HR Director by maintaining and updating employee files. She graduated from California State University, Bakersfield with a B.S. in Communication and Media Studies.
