Ms. Marcus will support Michael Cummings, Senior Managing Director and General Manager of the firm’s Boston office. Ms. Marcus brings nearly a decade of experience implementing investor relations programs and providing counsel to publicly-traded companies in special situations. Ms. Marcus previously served as Senior Account Supervisor with Edelman’s Financial Communications and Capital Markets practice in New York, and as a Senior Consultant with FTI Consulting’s Capital Markets practice in San Francisco. “With a growing list of clients on the East Coast, it was necessary to expand out team with the addition of a proven industry leader in the region.”, said Founder & CEO Chris Hodges.
